Located on Punt Vierkant, on the southwest side of the island Bonaire, the villa boasts a unique living room design. When you open the folding doors completely, the outdoor and indoor areas merge seamlessly, creating an expansive, airy space. The luxurious, well-equipped open kitchen is ideal for cooking for your entire family or party. Don’t feel like cooking? The center of Kralendijk is only a few minutes away by car.

In the garden area, your private magnesium pool awaits, perfect for a refreshing dive. Alternatively, take a swim in the sea using the solid, new swim ladder that provides easy access directly into the Caribbean Sea. This villa offers multiple ways to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and crystal-clear waters, making it a paradise for water lovers.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you can find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious, en-suite bathroom as well as the room on the front side of the villa. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in the middle of the hall. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning, mosquito nets and double queen beds.

First floor
On this floor you can find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living area with kitchen is very spacious and through folding doors open up to the outside terrace. Via this terrace you can follow the stairs down to the beautiful garden.

The villa offers a lot of privacy and has an amazing view over the Caribbean Sea! A coral-encrusted stair leads to the spacious living room on the first floor, where you find the modern kitchen with a kitchen island. The garden, with beautiful tropical trees and plants, is spacious and has very comfortable lounge furniture. This Piet Boon Villa “Kas Lila” is a stunning oceanfront villa with private pool, that has it all to enjoy the most relaxed vacation ever! This bare foot designed villa has its living area on the first floor and it flows seamlessly into the outdoor living area.
