Ground floor
On the ground floor you can find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious, en-suite bathroom as well as the room on the front side of the villa. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in the middle of the hall. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning, mosquito nets and double queen beds.

First floor
On this floor you can find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living area with kitchen is very spacious and through folding doors open up to the outside terrace. Via this terrace you can follow the stairs down to the beautiful garden.

This private beach villa ” Kas Playa” is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean Island Bonaire. The villa has a 100 feet wide natural private sandy beach, stunning views to the small island Klein Bonaire and because of the location it is only 10 minutes walk to the center of Kralendijk.

The 5 spacious bedrooms all have private bathrooms with a rain shower, toilet, double sink and an invisible automated climate control system. The beach villa has a 50 feet wide infinity swimming pool with sunbeds in the water.

The kitchen is from the high end brand “Bulthaup” and is equipped with 2 ovens of from the brand “Miele”, a Bora induction cooker, large luxury Gaggenau Refridgeratro, wind fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there is also a luxury private gym with high quality Life fitness equipment like a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbbells.

This oceanfront villa has it all! Dive or swim in the blue Caribbean Sea directly from your private beach or just relax in one of the comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a large kitchen with cook island with electric stove, oven, large American fridge. Also there is a special fridge for keeping cold bottles wine and champagne.
